Pasta al forno
Baked spaghetti with previously sauteed onions, garlic and mushrooms, soy cream and soy sauce, nutritional yeast, salt, pepper and shredded mozzarella cheezly. WOOOOW :)
And I have leftoverssss!!!! :D
